Paul Saxon

Paul Saxon Saxon is a Partner and leading personal injury solicitor with experience of handling complex brain injury claims. Paul has handled multi-million pound brain injury claims. BHP Law are Members of Headway – the brain injury association Personal Injury Solicitors List. Paul was a founder member of the Northern Acquired Brain Injury Forum and is a member of APIL, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

He was also involved in the landmark case of A & Others v National Blood Authority, acting on behalf of 100 Claimants in the successful Hepatitis Multi-party Action against the National Blood Authority (NBA). The Hepatitis case is the leading authority on the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 1987, with its emphasis on the interpretation of the European Directive implemented in the UK by the CPA.
