Jane Fiddes

Jane is a member of the family team based at our Newcastle office and has practiced exclusively in family law since qualifying in 2002.

She has a vast amount of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, civil partnerships, financial relief, cohabitation and children matters such as residence/contact disputes and care proceedings. Jane also has a considerable amount of experience in helping those who have or are suffering from domestic violence.

Jane has been accredited by Resolution as a Specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialisms in domestic abuse and advanced financial provision.

Jane studied at the University of Northumbria and undertook her training at Samuel Phillips & Co. Jane then moved to the family team at Harvey & Marron Solicitors where she worked for 4 years prior to the merger with BHP Law in April 2006.
