Rosie Kiley

Rosie is a Trainee Legal Executive based in our Stockton (Teesside) office. Having previously worked for another firm of solicitors in Darlington since 2004, Rosie joined BHP in February 2007 as a residential conveyancer and was with us until August 2008. Rosie dealt with a wide range of conveyancing matters varying from sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold mature and new build properties, to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Rosie returned to BHP in August 2010 to join our Dispute Resolution department, and has established her own client base including matters relating to breach of contract, boundary disputes, debt recovery, building and construction disputes, bankruptcy, repossession and insolvency.

Currently studying with ILEX to train as a Legal Executive specialising in Civil Litigation, Rosie will be qualified in the summer of 2014. She will then be a fully qualified Legal Executive Lawyer, with a level of rights of audience, the status of Commissioner of Oaths, and rights to judicial appointment.
