Ursula Collie joined the firm in 1996, having previously been a litigation partner with Darbys solicitors in Oxford. Her specialist areas include insolvency and debt recovery. She deals with commercial contract litigation and also specialises in property litigation issues, such as commercial landlord and tenant disputes, conflicts over ownership of land, the enforcement of covenants and adverse possession, more commonly known as squatters’ rights. Ursula also handles complex disputes over land, often involving family trusts, wills or intestacies, or an agricultural element.
