Paul Monaghan

Paul Monaghan joined the practice in 2007 having previously worked for law firms in the North East and in London, where he specialised in corporate law and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of York and the College of Law. Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and specialises in commercial litigation and corporate recovery and insolvency. As well as acting on behalf of individuals and company directors, Paul acts on behalf of licensed insolvency practicioners and handles contentious matters on behalf of the appointment holder. He is currently in the process of obtaining his higher rights of audience and will qualify as a Solicitor Advocate in 2010.
