Graham Ridler, Partner, Corporate Recovery and Insolvency solicitor based in our Newcastle Office, joined BHPin January 2007

Areas of expertise include: Liquidations, Administrations, LPA Receiverships, Company/ Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Directors Disqualification, Advising Directors on their duties and responsibilities, Asset Tracing, Actions for wrongful trading, preferences, and transactions at an undervalue, Debt Restructuring and Rescheduling.

Specialist areas of expertise include: Chancery Division applications such as reductions in share capital. Acting for corporate clients in acquiring business from LPA Receivers or Administrators and Cross Border and International Insolvency (especially Asia)

Previously Graham has been a partner with Pinsent Masons in Leeds, Eversheds in Newcastle and Leeds, Deacons in Hong Kong, and Watson Burton in Leeds.

Out of the office and in his spare time Graham enjoys scuba diving, horse riding, golf, driving too fast, and being a long suffering Middlesbrough fan.
