Robin Winskell

Robin Winskell is a key member of the Commercial Litigation team. He joined BHP Law 4 years ago having spent 16 years as a partner at the niche commercial practice Winskell & Winskell.

Robin has 20 years of experience in complex commercial and property disputes, sports law and defamation as well as defendant personal injury. Noteable cases include acting for Newcastle United in the “Save our Seats” litigation.His clients span the leisure, transport and engineering sectors.

As well as his dispute work, Robin has been one of Shepherd Offshore Limited’s principal legal advisors for many years advising on their commercial transactional activities. Most recently Robin advised SOL on its disposal of its 29% share of Newcastle United Football Club. Robin is also personal legal advisor to the Hall family and advised in relation to the disposal of the family’s share in NUFC.
