David Birks

David is an Associate Solicitor within the Commercial Litigation team based at Stockton. He handles a wide range of disputes, in a variety of industry sectors. As such, he is experienced in all methods of resolution including litigation, mediation and adjudication. His client database includes both international and domestic clients.

David has a diverse background which gives him the expertise not only to deal with contentious matters, but also with such matters as Directors disqualification, insolvency and corporate recovery. David\'s recent experience includes advising a major furniture wholesale company on product safety recall and minimising the risk to adverse publicity, advising a leading motor racing team in a contractual dispute against one of their drivers.
