James Wharton

James Wharton qualified as a solicitor in 2008 after reading law at Durham University before attending the York College of Law and training at BHP. He works primarily in Darlington and Teesside where he deals with a wide range of company law matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, restructuring and incorporations and general company advice.
