Adam joined BHP in 2005 and regularly acts for both landowners and developers of commercial property for whom he deals with options, conditional contracts, pre-emption and overage.

He has a particular interest in land transactions with environmental issues such as contamination.

Adam also acts on a regular basis for both landlords and tenants in connection with landlord and tenant matters for retail, industrial and office premises.

On the agricultural side, he is frequently involved with the acquisition and disposal of farmland, farm business tenancies, deeds of grant and wayleave agreements.

Adam is a Notary Public too.
