Planning & Property Obstacles in Development
9th Mar 2010
Land owners and developers can draw on the free advice of experts in how to overcome obstacles that may be blocking their progress.
BHP Law is hosting a free seminar for anyone seeking to develop land now or in the future.
The speakers will answer questions about planning and land development and explain some of the barriers typically encountered such as easements, village greens, protected species legislation and the expiry of planning permissions.
The event will also be an opportunity for owners and developers to network with other businesses.
The seminar is on Thursday, March 18 at 12 noon at BHP Law, Kingfisher House, Preston Farm, Stockton on Tees, with a light lunch provided.
Although the event is free, guests are asked to reserve a place with Rebecca Aiken-Saville on 0191-332 4578 or at rebeccaa@bhplaw.co.uk
