Part Time Business Development Manager - Darlington

Developing and monitoring the business development activities for a busy Law firm, this is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with suitable experience to implement and coordinate business development and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

- Identifying new business development opportunities
- Increasing brand awareness through social media
- Attending corporate events
- Networking and building a solid circle of business contacts
- Producing marketing materials
- Liaising with senior managers & team leaders
- Management of the Marketing budget
 
The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from marketing and business development professionals with 4 years’ plus experience within a commercial sector
- Experience within a legal background would be advantageous but is not essential
- Knowledge of business development and marketing strategies is required
- The successful Marketing and Business Development Manager/Executive will have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A team player, you will also work well using your own initiative
 
The successful candidates will have good IT skills, excellent organisational skills, and show initiative whilst being able to work to tight deadlines.  Ideally you will have the ability to utilise a case management system however full training will be given.

Full Time Residential Conveyancer - Darlington

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with all aspects of a busy residential conveyancing caseload and will be able to work with minimum supervision.

The successful candidates will have good IT skills, excellent organisational skills, and show initiative whilst being able to work to tight deadlines.  Ideally you will have the ability to utilise a case management system however full training will be given.

Full Time Family Solicitor - Durham

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor. The successful candidate will be required to provide a comprehensive and professional legal service to clients, ensuring that every client of the firm experiences the highest levels of customer service in all of their dealings with BHP Law. In order to meet and exceed our clients expectations, duties will include; provision of up to date expert legal advice, taking instructions, dealing proactively, efficiently and pleasantly with clients, time recording, billing, archiving and business development activities and business development activities.

The successful candidate will also be fully competent user of Microsoft Word and Outlook and an intermediate user of Excel.  You will also have excellent organisational skills, show great initiative and be able to work to deadlines. Ideally you will have the ability to work a case management system. However this is not essential as full training will be given.
