Andrew is experienced in all areas of employment law but with a particular focus on dealing with complex employment issues in areas such as fraud, bullying & harassment, discrimination (especially disability), transfer of undertakings (TUPE), data theft and breaches of restrictive covenant.

Andrew excels in advising on tactics and strategy for dealing with the most difficult of employment problems.

Throughout his career Andrew has been involved in a number of leading cases and has represented companies from PLC’s to SME’s, high profile individuals, football clubs, trade unions and individuals.

Prior to becoming a Solicitor Andrew worked for a government agency now part of Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs.
